Service Description

First, please select the date you need your cap completed. REQUIRE AT LEAST A WEEK (7-DAY) TURNAROUND MINIMUM. Second, please submit a non-refundable payment of $200 to reserve your spot. Third, please share your vision for your cap. Please EMAIL the answers to the questions below to 11thhourflowers@gmail.com -Your current school name/mascot -Clubs/Sports/Activities you're involved in -The color scheme and theme you'd like -Any dedications or special requests for your cap -Submit any inspiration pics to the email as well Once your date and payment is submitted the designer will reach out to you via email to finalize the details and submit a sketch for your approval. (Please understand that the $200 you submitted is nonrefundable. If there's an issue due to an error by 11th Hour CAF we will issue a refund.)


Cancellation Policy

You must send 11th Hour CAF a written notification via email to 11thhourflowers@gmail.com requesting a cancellation. To cancel or reschedule please contact us 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposit and payment is nonrefundable.
